It was a genuine honor for me to create a wedding video for Todd and Burt. After almost 23 years together they decided to finally tie the knot with an inspiring ceremony at Trinity Cathedral, followed by a reception in their gorgeous backyard celebrating with family and friends.
For many un-married couples in a long-term relationship, it can beg the question “why get married if we’re already committed?” What Todd and Burt’s ceremony so beautifully displayed was the out pouring of love they received from their friends and family, and what an impact that had on them. Guests at their wedding gave toasts about how inspiring their relationship is to them, and how blessed they feel to have Burt and Todd in their lives. For some couples, a wedding may not be their defining moment of commitment, or for others, the option of getting legally married hasn’t been available until recently—but what I see each and every wedding create, is a space to celebrate two people and how much they and their relationship means to everyone there, and that is truly a beautiful day!
Burt and Todd, thank you so much for having us film your wedding. We wish you many more years of love, travels, good wine, and happiness together!
We had a blast filming for Jane and Rory at their super cool retro sci fi themed wedding! These two were such a fun loving duo with a great core of friends and family who helped them dance the night away in celebration. Jane and Rory also received an awesome wedding gift surprise, a hilarious video message from comedian Patton Oswalt! (Check it out!)
Jane and Rory, thank you so much for having us be a part of your rad wedding day!
Nick and Melissa have such a vibrant energy for one another—it was an honor to capture their day for them and get to know these two kind-hearted people. It was the first day of November and despite a little lazy rain in the morning, it finally gave way to a beautiful day with the most gorgeous ceremony in the courtyard at the Firehouse in Old Sacramento.
Thank you so much Melissa and Nick for having us, we wish you two love and happiness in the years to come!
Kenny and Annette’s wedding at Wine and Roses was nothing short of stunning. The venue is a tucked away lush oasis in Lodi, California, and it served as the perfect back drop for this sweet couple who was finally tying the knot after seven years of dating. It was a beautiful experience to film the day for two people who fit together so well and are so caring for one another. It was also fun to see their wedding presents to each other—they gifted one another with Apple iWatches!
We filmed their wedding along side Leslie Callan of Green Vintage Photography who created some really fun shots with Kenny and Annette, and they were great sports in letting their hair down with us. We all had such a great time capturing the day for them.
Congratulations Kenny and Annette! We wish you all the best in the years to come!
Can you dig this? Mason and Alyssa Mae, met in junior high!
Throughout the years they’ve had memorable times at Arden Hills, so naturally, they selected it as their venue for their ceremony and reception! Mason and Alyssa were such a fun couple to work with (and if you need proof, check out their “cake knife” in the video below). When I got home after the wedding I thought to myself “I had such a great time, I wish we could do an instant replay…”
Mason and Alyssa Mae, we wish you all the best and hope you’re having a fabulous time in Jamaica!
Sarah and Si share the sweetest love for each other. Throughout the whole day, these two were so caring and thoughtful, not just towards each other but to every one of their guests and vendors. It was beautiful to see such wonderful, good hearted people come together in such a beautiful location.
